The problem

Your brand tells a different story on Google and AI search.

Publishing more is not enough. Google looks at page intent, publisher relevance, anchor planning, and quality. AI tools also need clear off-page signals. Without them, ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity may describe your brand in different ways.

  • We publish every month, but rankings and traffic stay flat. No one can clearly explain why.

  • We paid for links, but no one could show what they were meant to improve.

  • Every pitch promises high DR and fast results. When we ask for proof, the answer is vague.

  • Google, ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity all tell a different story about our brand.

The LinkMosaic Framework

A link building agency that shows you the plan before work begins.

You see four clear checkpoints before outreach starts. You do not have to wait for an invoice to see the plan.

  1. 01

    Fit Check

We check your niche, goals, and backlink risks first. If the fit is wrong, we tell you before work starts.

    • Niche fit
    • Intent match
    • Risk screen
  2. 02

    Backlink Review

We review your anchors, authority gaps, target pages, and entity signals. The plan follows what your site needs, not only DR.

    • Anchor mix
    • Authority gap
    • Entity mapping
  3. 03

    Plan Approval

You review the targets, anchors, and reason for each placement before outreach starts.

    • Roadmap
    • Anchor logic
    • Client sign-off
  4. 04

    9-Signal Publisher Check

    Final quality gate

Only publishers that pass all nine quality checks reach outreach.

    • Quality signals

    • Monitoring

Services

Link building services built around your goal.

As a link building company, we match the right placement, publisher, topic, anchor, and authority gap to your goal. Then we monitor every live link for 12 months.

Client feedback

Feedback from teams running the framework.

The same operating model shows up in different conversations: clearer audits, planned anchors, cleaner reporting, and link profiles that teams can explain without hiding behind generic DR targets.

Pankaj has been a trusted partner in link building for the SaaS niche over the past four years. His expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently stand out. Thanks to his efforts, we have achieved an impressive average of DR 74 for our links, showcasing his in-depth knowledge and reliability in this space.

Who this is for

Different teams need different link building services.

SaaS, eCommerce, and agency teams face different problems. We find the gap before choosing the service.

  • B2B SaaS

    Use case

You publish often, but rankings stay flat. Competitors win trial keywords and appear first in AI answers.

    Pain points

    • Authority stalled despite output
    • Rivals own trial-intent terms
    • Absent from AI category answers

    Where this goes

SaaS placements support pages and keywords tied to trials and demos. See our B2B SaaS link building service page.

  • eCommerce

    Use case

Brand terms rank, but category and collection pages stay hidden. Stores need a different link plan from SaaS blogs.

    Pain points

    • Category pages stay invisible
    • Case studies assume SaaS content
    • Cheap links risk the whole profile

    Where this goes

eCommerce placements support category and collection searches. See our link building for eCommerce page.

  • Agencies

    Use case

Managing many suppliers takes time and puts client trust at risk. One bad batch can damage your reputation.

    Pain points

    • Multiple vendors, multiplied overhead
    • One bad batch risks the client
    • Margins too thin to matter

    Where this goes

A white-label link building service gives clients reliable placements without adding more work for your team.

FAQ

Questions worth asking before you buy links.

Straight answers, no vague reassurance, to the questions that actually decide whether a link building agency is worth your budget.

  • Can you actually show me links you've built, not screenshots, not blurred URLs?

Yes. If a vendor's answer to this is "client confidentiality," that's not confidentiality, that's an agency that can't back up what it's selling. We show live, clickable placements before you commit a dollar. If we can't show you the work, we haven't earned the conversation yet.

  • I stopped trusting DR the day I saw a DR70 site ranking for celebrity net worth and error codes. How is what you do different?

It isn't different because we ignore DR, it's different because we don't stop there. DR tells you a domain has some authority. It tells you nothing about whether that authority is relevant to what you sell, whether the site's traffic is real, or whether the page your link sits on will still exist in a year. A high number on a manufactured domain is not a high-authority backlink, it's a number someone learned to game. We check what DR can't.

  • Is link building even still worth it, or is this a category dying while I pay for it?

Half the SEO conversation online says link building is dead. The other half says it's the only thing that still works. Both are reacting to the same real shift: bulk, low-relevance links stopped moving rankings years ago, but that's not the same as links stopping to matter. Sites that go quiet on backlinks tend to go quiet on rankings too. What changed isn't whether links work. It's that sloppy ones stopped getting away with it.

  • We've paid an agency before and couldn't point to a single ranking that moved. Why would this be different?

Because that's the single most common failure in this industry, and it's almost always the same root cause: links bought with no target, no anchor logic, and no strategy behind why that specific page was chosen. Every placement here starts with a goal. If we can't tell you what a link is supposed to do before we build it, we don't build it.

  • What actually happens after a link goes live? Does anyone check on it, or am I on my own?

You're not on your own. Removals, nofollow switches, and domain degradation are the industry's quiet failure mode, agencies deliver a URL and move to the next client. We monitor every placement for twelve months. If something changes, we know before you do, not the other way around.

  • We're a growth-stage brand on a real budget. Why should we trust a link building company over doing this ourselves or hiring in-house?

You can do it in-house, with a full-time hire on outreach, vetting, and relationship-building, and the months it takes to get any of that working. Most teams that try it end up spending more per link than an agency would have charged, just to learn what "good" looks like the hard way. If you have that headcount to spare, in-house is a legitimate path. Most growth-stage teams don't, and that gap is exactly what this exists to close.

  • If I still have to double-check every link myself, what exactly am I paying an agency for?

That question comes from real frustration, not paranoia. A lot of buyers have learned to run every link through their own tools because past vendors gave them nothing else to trust. The difference here isn't asking you to skip that instinct, it's giving you a documented 9-signal process before outreach even starts, so you're checking our work, not doing it for us. If you still have to build your own QA layer on top of what you're paying for, that's not a link building services partner. That's a subscription to more work.

  • Can't this just be automated with an AI outreach tool at this point?

Parts of it, prospect discovery, first-pass qualification, sure. The parts that actually matter, angle selection, the specific reason a publisher should say yes, the final judgment call on quality, don't automate well. Generic AI outreach at scale gets ignored the same way generic human outreach does, publishers can tell. If a tool that fully automated link building actually worked end to end, every site on the internet would be ranking on page one. It doesn't work that way, and treating it like it does is how buyers end up with a spam folder full of nothing.

  • Why should I trust a link building company that isn't based where I am?

Fair question, and one worth asking directly instead of avoiding. Most pitches in this space, including from plenty of self-described top link building agencies, come with identical templates, unverifiable claims, and low-quality follow-through, which makes the entire category get read with skepticism by default, regardless of where an agency operates from. The honest answer isn't to hide where we operate from. It's to demonstrate quality through specificity, real placements, a documented process, proof you can check yourself, that a template vendor can't produce. Generic pitches get deleted. Specific, provable ones get a second look.

  • Our products are seasonal, and inventory turns over constantly. Won't the links lose their value?

Not if the profile is built correctly in the first place. The overwhelming majority of placements built for eCommerce brands point to home pages, category pages, and evergreen content, the parts of a site that don't disappear when a product does, not individual product pages, which is exactly the volatility you're describing. Product-level links are the exception, used only where they genuinely make sense. And every placement is monitored for twelve months regardless, so if something does need attention, it gets caught.
