1. Our Services

LinkMosaic provides link building services for B2B SaaS companies, eCommerce brands, and digital marketing agencies, including guest posting, niche edits, digital PR, foundational link building, and white-label link building for agency partners. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are confirmed at the time of order, whether through a written agreement, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), or an order confirmation covering the requested URL, anchor text, and placement details.

2. Order Agreements and MOUs

For ongoing or high-volume engagements, particularly with agency white-label partners, we may enter into a separate MOU or service agreement governing the relationship. Where a signed MOU or agreement exists, its specific terms govern in the event of any conflict with these Terms. For standard orders without a separate agreement, these Terms, together with the order details you provide (URL and anchor text) and our invoice, constitute the full agreement for that order.

3. Payment Terms

• Standard orders are invoiced after placement is delivered, covering one or more links as agreed. Invoices are due within 15 days of the invoice date.
• For ongoing or retainer-based projects, payment terms and cadence are agreed mutually and documented in the applicable agreement.
• Our minimum order commitment is 5 link placements per order. Custom volume and retainer arrangements are available and governed by the specific terms agreed with your account contact.
• Late payment may result in a pause on active and future orders until the outstanding balance is settled.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST and other applicable taxes will be added where required under Indian law.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

• Where LinkMosaic produces content for a placement (such as guest post copy), that content becomes the client's property upon full payment, and LinkMosaic assigns any rights necessary for the client's use of it on the target publication.
• Where the client supplies their own content for a placement, the client represents and warrants that the content is original, does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, and does not contain defamatory, unlawful, or misleading material. The client is solely responsible for content they supply.
• LinkMosaic retains the right to decline to publish any content, whether client-supplied or produced by us, that we reasonably believe violates a publisher's editorial guidelines or these Terms.

5. Prohibited Industries and Content

LinkMosaic does not provide services to, or place links for, websites or businesses involved in: weapons or arms trafficking, terrorism or extremist content, adult or sexually explicit content, human trafficking, or other categories of illegal or exploitative activity. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, at our sole discretion, where we determine the client's industry, website, or content falls into a prohibited category, at any stage of the engagement.

6. No Guaranteed Rankings or Outcomes

LinkMosaic does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, organic traffic increases, keyword positions, or visibility in AI-powered search tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Claude. Search engine and AI platform algorithms are controlled by third parties outside our control and change without notice. What we do guarantee is described in Section 7.

7. Placement Guarantee, Monitoring, and Replacement Policy

• Every placement delivered under an order is monitored by LinkMosaic for 12 months from the date it goes live.
• If a placement is removed, materially altered, or the anchor/link is changed by the publisher within this 12-month window through no fault of the client, LinkMosaic will replace it at no additional cost on a domain of equivalent tier and topical fit.
• This replacement guarantee is the sole remedy for placement loss or alteration within the monitoring period. LinkMosaic does not offer monetary refunds for delivered placements; the replacement policy is the exclusive remedy for placement-related issues.
• Once a placement is live and confirmed, no changes to the anchor text, target URL, or placement content will be made at the client's request. Any change requests must be submitted, and can only be accommodated, before the placement goes live.

8. Cancellation

• Orders are not cancellable once delivery has occurred — that is, once a placement is confirmed live on the publisher's site.
• Requests to cancel or modify an order before delivery will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and may not be possible once outreach to a publisher for that specific placement has begun.
• Ongoing retainer or agency engagements may include their own cancellation and notice terms, as documented in the applicable agreement.

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate order information (target URL, anchor text, and any required approvals) in a timely manner, and to make payment in accordance with Section 3. Delays in providing required information or approvals may delay delivery timelines, and LinkMosaic is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information from the client.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, LinkMosaic's total liability arising out of or relating to any order or engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific order in the three (3) months preceding the claim. LinkMosaic is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, traffic, or business opportunity, arising from the use of our services, delayed or altered placements, or actions taken by third-party publishers or search engines.

11. Publisher Relationships and Third-Party Conduct

LinkMosaic has no control over the editorial decisions, uptime, ownership changes, or policies of third-party publisher websites where placements occur, beyond what is addressed in our replacement guarantee. We are not responsible for a publisher's independent decision to alter site structure, change ownership, or go offline, except as covered under Section 7.

12. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement, including pricing, strategy, and reporting data, and to use it solely for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any order or agreement.

13. Termination

LinkMosaic reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any client who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct, fails to make payment, or requests services for a prohibited industry or use case under Section 5.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any engagement with LinkMosaic shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
